Bradley Walsh walks off Beat The Chasers set just minutes into ITV series | The Sun

BEAT The Chasers host Bradley Walsh left audience members stunned when he walked off set after a contestant made a shocking blunder just minutes into the episode.

The Chase spin-off returned to screens last night with a rerun of one of its funniest episodes ahead of its sixth season premiere.

In the last episode of season four, Bradley, 63, welcomed Emily as the first contestant to face the Super Six.

The Dark Destroyer, aka Shaun Wallace, commented on the arrival of the 20-year-old student, saying, “she looks a bit young,” while fellow Chaser Mark Labbett, better known as the Beast, added “she’s going to need a lot of luck”.

Trying to make Emily feel more comfortable, Bradley asked Emily some questions about herself, and the university student revealed that she’s currently doing field archaeology in Wiltshire.

“It’s not that exciting,” she added about her current place of residence.

However, Bradley was more excited.

“Hey, Wiltshire is the home to one of the great wonders of the world,” he replied.

Before Bradley could continue, The Sinnerman (Paul Sinha) chimed in with a joke, saying, “Swindon”.

“Oh, what, the magic roundabout?” Emily piled on before adding, “it’s not a bad place.”

However, Bradley was pretty confused by her response and questioned if she was still talking about Swindon — thinking it was the “great wonder” he’d been talking about.

Furiously, Bradley yelled: “I’m not talking about Swindon, I’m talking about Stonehenge!”

“Oh yeah, I forgot about that!” Emily admitted.

Bradley was so shocked by her answer he walked off set to stand with viewers.

When he finally caught his breath, he spoke to the audience, asking: “Really? What sort of archeologist is she? How can you forget about Stonehenge?”

Emily tried to laugh off her blunder, which was soon forgotten as she went on to win big on the quiz show.

The student took home £10,000, which she planned to put toward buying a narrowboat.

Beat The Chasers Season 6 will premiere on ITV1 later this month.
