The dress had a deep U-shaped neckline, and it was held up by two tiny spaghetti straps.
The Skims founder's outfit clung to every curve of her hourglass figure.
It also flaunted her nipples, which were on full display during the fashion week event.
The Kardashian paired her dress with a massive amount of Pasquale Bruni jewelry.
She wore a huge statement necklace and a large cross necklace, both of which were covered in diamonds.
The Hulu personality also wore two silver rings decked out in jewels.
Fans on Instagram noticed The Kardashians star's wardrobe malfunction, and they weren't shy about mentioning it.

Earlier this week, Kim suffered a major wardrobe malfunction in skintight pants during a trip to New York City.

She paired the look with heeled black boots and a square black Chanel purse for the city outing.
Her dark hair was in a long black ponytail, and she went for light glam makeup while finishing off the outfit with thin black Chanel sunglasses.
The mother-of-four looked glamorous while hitting the streets in Brooklyn Dumbo neighborhood – except for one small detail.
The star's pants were so tight on her body that she suffered a camel toe in photos snapped of her errands.
