Im A Celeb chaos as fire scare sends airport into meltdown before star lands

I'm a Celebrity has been sent into chaos even before all the campmates arrived in Australia.

The ITV show was rocked by a fire alarm scare in Brisbane airport. Just minutes before the sister of Britney Spears, Jamie Lynn Spears, touched down in the country, the terminal was sent into meltdown.

A source has suggested that panic erupted on the ground just moments before the Singapore Airlines plane that carried the Zoey 101 star was due to land. Speculation at the airport suggested there was a fire in the duty free store room as an alarm rang out.

An insider told The Sun : "There was a real moment of panic as the alarm rang out and rumours circulated that some of the goods had set on fire in one of the back rooms.

The source continued: "It literally happened as Jamie Lynn was due to arrive in the country so it potentially meant her plane would have been stuck on the tarmac, or worse still, wouldn't have been able to land."

The insider added: "Luckily, it turns out it was all a false alarm and nothing had actually set alight." This comes as fans of the long-running ITV endurance show have vowed to make the singer and actress suffer through "every trial" as revenge for their actions.

The line-up for the next series of the show was revealed earlier this week. Amongst those to be going into the jungle include politician Nigel Farage and First Dates star Fred Sirieix.

However, die-hard fans of the Gimme More singer have gone on hate Jamie Lynn due to her support for Britney's long time conservatorship, which lasted for over a decade.

Following the singer's high-profile public meltdown, Britney's family enacted a conservatorship for the Hit Me Baby One More Time artist. The policy gave all control of Britney's public and personal life to her family, who made several choices for her that she did not feel comfortable with.

Britney and Jamie Lynn have since landed had a number of online spats after her conservatorship came to an end, leading to a huge feud between the two sisters. Britney fans have vowed revenge for what Jamie Lynn reportedly did to her sister.
