Deal or No Deal fans have been left fuming after the show returned with an unpopular format change.
The iconic game show returned to screens on ITV on Monday (November 20) eight years after being cancelled. The show, once hosted by Noel Edmonds, became a legendary programme, which saw a number of future famous faces take part.
The first episode of the rebooted series saw wedding planner Sian take her box to the table. Throughout the show, people watching the show were happy to see the gameshow return, as Stephen Mulhern took on the hosting reins in speaking to the anonymous Banker.

At the end of the game, Sian was able to walk away with £17,500 after dealing with the Banker. She eventually was revealed to be bringing £7,500 in her box in a classic story that is regularly played out on the game show.
But now the show has returned, fans are not happy with bosses at the broadcaster, after the format was changed. Previously, the maximum prize a contestant could win was £250,000 – but now the ultimate prize has now gone down to just £100,000, which used to be the second-highest prize given away.
Fans watching the show's grand return were not happy to hear the difference in jackpot. One fan watching the programme took to social media to vent their frustrations: "Hate so much that the top prize is only £100k, not £250k."
Another viewer also was not happy with ITV bosses, as they wrote: "£100k what's this? Cost of living crisis? On Channel 4, it used to be £250K!"
Whilst a third user joined in the criticism, saying: "ITV cut backs or something? They're only going to 100K instead of 250K," followed by a crying emoji.
Deal or No Deal airs every weekday at 4pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
