Strictly judge Motsi Mabuse has reportedly been threatened with jail by her ex-husband Timo Kulczak if she refuses to retract claims she made about him in her book.
The 42-year-old dancer has allegedly been sued by her ex in German courts following claims made in her book, Finding My Own Rhythm. In the memoir, she claimed he controlled various aspects of her life such as her diet and access to cash.
Timo has denied all of these claims. According to The Sun, Timo's lawyers have asked the court to fine the BBC star for up to six months or fine her £250,000 if she ever repeats the allegations made in her book.

And Motsi has allegedly refused to settle the claim, meaning the case is set to head to court. Timo's lawyer Samy Hammad reportedly said: "Ms Mabuse is refusing to pay, and so the court now has to decide. All we just want her to do is to retract the untruths published about him, and to compensate him accordingly.
"My client’s reputation has repeatedly been trashed. You have to threaten a penalty saying if you do it again, this is what I want in terms of money, or in terms of the prison sentence."
However, a spokesperson for Motsi has denied the court order exists and insists it's untrue that she faces imprisonment. They told Daily Star: "No such written court order exists – it is categorically untrue that our client faces imprisonment with regards to her former husband’s civil lawsuit, or that a fine, which would only be payable if our client culpably violates a court order, would be more than a nominal amount."

It's said the lawsuit has been filed at Offenburg Regional Court in Germany and stated that Motsi must stop "implying that the plaintiff made the defendant suffer during their marriage". It also allegedly urges Motsi declare "publicly the statements published in the book and cited press reports are untrue".
Timo previously told The Sun in April: "I have tried to settle this out of court. But I am not prepared to accept the situation whereby she makes up outrageous things about me."
Motsi and Timo divorced in 2014 after tying the knot in 2003, having met at a dance tournament. She is now married to dancer Evgenij Vozynuk, and the pair share a daughter.
