Sam Thompson have given his first reaction to hearing his fellow I'm A Celebrity campmate Nigel Farage 's eye-watering appearance fee.
Thompson, 31, endeared himself to the nation whilst he was in the ITV jungle, aiming to raise awareness of neurodivergence and ADHD. The public fell in love with the Made in Chelsea star and responded by crowning him as the winner of this year's series.
After touching down in the UK after his Aussie stint, he has since settled back down into normal life, together with his girlfriend, Zara McDermott. The pair recently celebrated Zara's birthday as Sam serenaded her with a new take on the classic "Happy Birthday" song whilst they cosied up in bed.

But now, Sam has given his reaction to finding out that fellow campmate Nigel Farage was allegedly paid £1.5 million to go on the show. Farage's inclusion on the show sparked fury among viewers, with many boycotting the programme in protest.
Farage would eventually go onto to be a finalist, finishing in third place behind professional boxer Tony Bellew and Sam himself. Upon hearing the news, Sam could barely hide his surprise as he reacted to the information given to him.
"Was he?" Sam said, in shock. "Bloody hell, I didn't have a clue! You could buy five houses for that!"
Reflecting on his time in the jungle with the controversial GB News presenter, Sam said he did recognise him, but went on to see him as "a really fascinating guy". Sam's stunned reaction was quickly followed by the admission that Thompson would have gone through the entire experience for free.
"Mate, I would have done it for anything!" the now-King of the Jungle beamed. "I would have been a very, very easy negotiation. I would have to be on it."
Sam continued: "It wasn't monetary, or a career move, I genuinely wanted to go and eat camel's penis. I wanted to meet Ant and Dec, they're my heroes, the most iconic people of my life."
Thompson eventually walked out of the jungle as the winner, earning over 50% of the public vote in the final round. However, he opened up on feeling imposter syndrome whilst in camp.
Sam was greeted across the wire bridge by best mate and podcast co-host Pete Wicks, who filled in for his Love Island girlfriend. This was due to contract obligations she had whilst she was appearing on BBC dancing competition Strictly Come Dancing.
