I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Ant McPartlin was spotted at a boxing gym with his tattooed security guard.
Off the back of presenting the latest show with co-host Declan Donnelly, the 48-year-old headed for a gruelling workout near the jungle camp. He kept things casual in a black t-shirt and shorts which he teamed with a pair of grey trainers.
Ant had a towel placed around his neck and sported a pair of red fingerless gloves as he prepared for the boxing session. Fans are used to seeing Ant with Dec, 48, but his co-host was elsewhere.

Accompanying Ant was his security guard, who opted for a black t-shirt and a pair of brown patterned shorts. Later, removing his shirt, he exposed his impressive array of tattoos which covered his whole chest and torso as well as his left arm.
Snapped on the street outside the boxing gym, Ant appeared in high spirits as he chatted away to one of the men working there. He joined a number of other people in the session, some of which took place outside.
He held onto lighter yellow weights as he began shadow boxing. It comes after Grace Dent left the jungle on medical grounds.

Her exit followed concerns for her health after appearing pale and withdrawn on Sunday night's (November 26) show. She also admitted to struggling in camp, last week threatening to quit and later telling the camera "I just want to go home".
A show spokesperson confirmed: "Unfortunately Grace Dent has left the show on medical grounds. She has been a great campmate and will be missed by her fellow celebrities and viewers alike."
Ant and Dec touched upon Grace's unhappy demeanour just hours before her exit. Speaking on an Instagram Live following last night's show, they recalled Grace's reaction when she was announced as one of the celebrities taking part in the next Bushtucker Trial.
"Grace was not happy was she?" they agreed as they pointed out the 50-year-old had a face like thunder when her name was called out. They added: "When is she [happy]? Grace said nothing and Josie said, 'Who me?' Grace was not happy was she? When is she? That's what I'm throwing out there," Ant quipped.
Prior to her exit, Grace had said she'd "had enough" and wanted to go home after the Touchdown of Terror trial. Although she was encouraged by her co-star Josie Gibson, it didn't win her over.
Grace later said in the Bush Telegraph: "I haven't got a lot left in me at the moment. I'm just keeping on a face for everybody."
Fans shared concern over the MasterChef star's appearance, with one writing: "Is Grace Dent ok? She looks ill, I think." A second penned: "They should pull Grace Dent out, she looks really ill."
Another said: "Grace looks like she's on the edge of a breakdown, she looks ill." While a fourth agreed: "She looks majorly malnourished."
