Greggs unveils ultimate Christmas party with free booze and EastEnders legend

Greggs, the popular bakery chain, has announced a three-part Christmas party series called "Greggs Presents: The Festive Rewind". This festive season, Greggs will be transforming three venues across the UK into retro winter wonderlands, inspired by iconic decades of music.

The throwback series will start with a "Bake to the 80s" revival in Glasgow on Thursday 30th November. On Friday 8th December, it's time to rewind "Bake to the 90s" in Birmingham. And on Friday 15th December, double denim makes a comeback as Greggs goes "Bake to the 00s" for the series finale.

After last year's sell-out Festive Bake Brunch series, this unique Greggs experience will offer attendees free festive-themed cocktails and cheesy pizza slices from Greggs' very own Pizza Van. Plus, there'll be a 'Festive Bake Bar' to fuel those decade-defining dance moves.

Hunsnet's Gareth Howells will be spinning a mix of Christmas hits and nostalgic tunes at each event. Special guest appearances from 80s icon Martin Kemp, 90s sensation HedKandi, and 00s stars Steps' H and Claire will add to the festive fun.

Each city will host a two and a half hour session from 4.30pm, giving hundreds of guests the chance to grab exclusive tickets to the best Christmas bash of the year. A £10 booking fee per person will apply to each reservation made and will be refunded upon attendance.

Tickets for "Greggs Presents: The Festive Rewind" will be available on Greggs social channels from 10am on Friday 17th November. Get ready for the ultimate Christmas Party!

The Glasgow event will be on Thursday 30th November between 4.30pm and 7pm with a Bake To The 80s theme and will welcome special guest Martin Kemp.

It is taking place at The Engine Works, Glasgow and the other £10 per person booking fee will be refunded at the door, making the event free for everyone.

Meanwhile, the Birmingham one will be 90s themed, with special guest HedKandi on Friday 8th December at Secret Space Digbeth, Birmingham.

Finally, fans of the noughties can party in London with H and Claire from Steps at Protein Studios on Friday 15th December in the last date before Christmas.
