LAST month we saw a rare public speech from the Princess of Wales for World Mental Health Day.
In Birmingham, on October 10, Kate Middleton and Prince William hosted a youth forum to discuss mental health and young people in the social media age.
As part of the forum, Kate delivered a keynote speech reflecting on the work she and William have continued to take an interest in.
She said: "William and I continue to be inspired to see young people, like you all here today, leading this charge – being particularly brave in having some of those conversations yourselves.
"As a generation, you value and talk more about your mental health than any before you – something we truly admire and applaud."
But now, Kate and Will have become the subject of a new viral video, with fans praising a small interaction between the pair.

While many at the event wouldn’t have noticed the gesture, the video showed that after giving her speech, Kate returned to a nearby table where William was sitting.
But as she approached the table, we saw the Prince spotted on camera applauding his wife before chivalrously pulling out a chair for her to sit down beside him.
Whilst a very small gesture, the thoughtful, sweet moment has sent many wild.
The video has been doing the rounds on social media and amassed a staggering 250,000 on its first day of being live.

Royal fans were sent into a spin at the adorable act, and many took to the comments to praise William.
One person said: “Of course he does. He's a GENTLEMAN.”
Another added: “His mom would be so proud.”
A third commented: “So beautiful.”
Whilst someone else posted: “His mother brought him up with impeccable manners.”
Not only this, but others were also quick to comment on the pair’s loving relationship.
One user noted: “They are so adorable.”
Another woman wrote: “These two are very connected to each other. I love how he puts his hand on her waist in crowds like 'I’m here, I’ve got you!'”
