It might be hard to believe, but this high school wrestling duo went onto become massive names in the worlds of sitcom and WWE.
Way before The King of Queens or Hell In A Cell, Kevin James and Mick Foley met at Ward Melville High School and were even part of the same wrestling team together.
Kevin’s hair is enough to throw you off – even if his eyes and mouth might give the game away with a closer look – and the former WWE Champion is totally unrecognisable without his trademark beard.
The epic throwback photo – and another of them looking very dapper in their yearbook – has resurfaced on X/Twitter this week, with fans blown away by the connection.
‘Amateur wrestler Kevin James is not something I expect to know today. Thanks, dude. Learn something new everyday,’ one person admitted, while another added: ‘Damn, they were lookers in their day!’
‘YOOO!!!! 🤯 I did not know I needed this information,’ a third person added.
‘The team already had a heavyweight, and he was the toughest kid in the school, and his name was Kevin James,’ he said. ‘Kevin and I, we were friends and we were competitors.’
