It looks like Epic Games is recycling Fortnite themes for its next season, but fans are actually excited for it.
Remember all the way back in Fortnite Chapter 2, when Epic Games had an entire season that was themed around spies and espionage?
Well, some fans are convinced that Epic Games is returning to that theme for the next Fortnite season, thanks to a tease on the game’s official Twitter account.
‘Cameras, guards, vaults, and the best team in the business. Are you in?’ it reads alongside what looks like holographic plans of a building; the kind you’d see in some high-tech heist movie.
You’d think fans would be irate about the idea of Fortnite re-using old themes, but the initial response is mostly positive as many enjoyed the previous spy themed season.
The teaser also contains what appears to be a blood red crescent moon in the background; the same one sent out to Fortnite content creators to hype up the new season.

While there’s little else to go off of, it has been claimed that Fortnite is getting a dedicated Mario Kart-esque racing mode so this could be the season it’s introduced.
For once, not much else has actually leaked about the new season, although that could always change as its start date draws near.
The current season is expected to end this Friday on August 25, so Chapter 4 Season 4 should be starting this weekend after the usual server downtime.
There’s also chatter of another teaser dropping as early as today so we’ll be sure to update this article if any new information is shared.
Fortnite is available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
