Robbie Williams’ wife Ayda Field admits the couple refuse to allow their four children in first class with them as they have “no interest in raising brats”.
The couple, who married in 2010, are parents to daughter Teddy, 11, son Charlie, nine, daughter Coco, five and three-year-old son Beau.
When the family of six embark on a holiday, Ayda, 44, revealed their kids don’t get the luxury experience on the flight as some may think, despite their wealth.
Explaining her reasoning, she told The Times: “My kids fly economy whenever we fly. I turn left and they turn right. That’s terrible.
“I mean, people will think I’m such a d***.

“There’s no interest in raising brats. My kids will know [economy] is where they will sit in a plane until they can pay to put themselves in a different part of the plane.”
Ayda’s admission comes after Robbie revealed he is a “strict” parent but also “a softie” with a no-nonsense approach to bad manners.
He told Australia’s The Project: “Pomposity, arrogance and ill manners just make my skin crawl, and any sign of that with my kids, I do come down like a ton of bricks.”
But not needing to worry too much, he praised his four children for getting things right “95 percent of the time”.
Robbie and Ayda aren’t the only parents who have enforced the strict rule when it comes to flying.

Back in 2017, chef Gordon Ramsay, 57, who has an estimated net worth of £610M, said his kids also don’t get the first class experience.
He told The Telegraph: “They haven’t worked anywhere near hard enough to afford that.
“At that age, at that size, you’re telling me they need to sit in first class? No, they do not. We’re really strict on that.
“I turn left with Tana [his wife] and they turn right and I say to the chief stewardess, ‘Make sure those little f****** don’t come anywhere near us, I want to sleep on this plane’.”
Expanding on his reasons, he added: “I worked my f***ing a**e off to sit that close to the pilot and you appreciate it more when you’ve grafted for it.”
The restaurateur welcomed his sixth child with his long-term wife earlier this month after a surprise pregnancy.
Taking to his Instagram page, he posted a heartwarming photo of himself kissing their newborn on the head as Tana cradled him.
He wrote: “What an amazing birthday present please welcome Jesse James Ramsay, 7lbs 10oz whopper!! One more bundle of love to the Ramsay brigade!! 3 boys, 3 girls…. Done.”
The couple are already parents to five children; Megan, 25, twins Jack and Holly, 23, Tilly, 22, and four-year-old Oscar.
