Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's explosive Netflix series aimed bombshell accusations at the royal family but Kate Middleton seemingly responded in a subtle way – according to an expert.
Prince William and Harry's relationship has been in a downward spiral since 2019 and has only worsened following the release of the Duke of Sussex's explosive memoir Spare in January 2023.
In Harry and Meghan’s self-titled six-part TV series released in December last year, Harry accused his brother of betraying his trust by trading stories to the press.
He also described how William had reportedly screamed and shouted at him during a meeting about his and Meghan’s decision to quit as senior royals.
Harry also claimed Kate had made Meghan cry over Princess Charlotte’s flower-girl dress just days before the Sussexes’ wedding in 2018.
Just hours after the second part of the Netflix series was released, Kate hosted her annual Christmas Carol concert at Westminster Abbey.
Rather than appear rattled by Harry and Meghan's shock claims, Kate appeared confident and gave a 'business-as-usual' approach, according to an expert.
Eagle-eyed guests watched as Kate arrived at the venue alone to welcome those in attendance before she joined her husband and their two older children.
Now body language expert Judi James has revealed the key gesture Kate made which exuded utter confidence.
The expert told The Mirror: "There is the flicking of her hair back to sweep away from her face on the right side, which is a signal of confidence as she makes sure that her face is totally visible to the cameras as she walks into the venue.
"Tossing your hair about is always a sign of bravado and an intention to be strong and hold your head up high. She also walks with a wide stride.
"This is a hard trick to pull off in high-heeled court shoes, which again suggests a determination to look resilient and determined."
Kate is scheduled to host her Christmas carol service this festive season.
Singers Beverley Knight and Adam Lambert, multi-instrumentalist Jacob Collier, performer Freya Ridings and singer-songwriter James Bay will be among the entertainers at the Westminster Abbey service.
It will be staged on December 8 and broadcast on ITV1 on Christmas Eve.
The revelation about Kate's 'bravado' gesture comes just days after she put on a united display with her husband Prince William.
The pair were all smiles when they joined other members of the Royal Family at Buckingham Palace to view artefacts from the Royal Collection alongside President Yoon Suk Yeol as part of the South Korean president’s state visit to the UK.
As they admired the artefacts, a video posted to social media showed the Prince and Princess of Wales, both 41, sharing a rare PDA moment together, with Prince William placing his hand on his wife's back, while Kate reciprocated the romantic gesture.
