Jonnie Irwin gives update on his house renovation
Jonnie Irwin has been inundated with support as he admitted to suffering with “decision fatigue” over his major home renovation.
The 49-year-old, who has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, received well wishes from fans as he shared an update on the changes he has been making to his abode.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday he shared a candid video where the former A Place In The Presenter admitted he had been struggling with a number of decisions around a new portico and other parts of the outdoor space.
Showing his 234,0000 followers where the project is up to, Jonnie said the portico is “really taking shape” as the cedar cladding has been added.
He went on to explain he needs to decide which covering the floor will have, whether it will be “block paving or cobblestones”.

Jonnie commented: “And then, what we’re gonna make a doorstop out of” before gesturing to some further outdoor space and adding: “And on top of that, what are we gonna do with this bit? I’m getting decision fatigue at the moment but it’s exciting.
“Things are going up instead of being ripped off, so it’s all very positive”.
He captioned the clip: “Decisions decisions…#renovation.”
Fans rushed to the comment section as they praised efforts, as one wrote: “Jonnie you can always make the best decisions! You young man are looking fantastic, follow your heart I would have cobbles because it’s different & edgy. The house is beautiful you should be proud! Love to your family.”
