Making TikToks at work<\/p>\n<p>2. Vaping in the office<\/p>\n<p>3. Bragging about exercise, and cold water swimming<\/p>\n<p>4. Being &#8216;always on&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>From pen thieves to team building activities and even coworkers who are overly cheery in the morning, employees across all industries are revealing what grinds their gears in the workplace.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>There were many classic answers including meetings that could have been an email, colleagues who heat up fish in the microwave, and receiving work-related texts on days off.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Others said condescending coworkers, superiors who favour some team members over others and people who click their pens or tap their toes all day are also infuriating.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Tell us about what drives you absolutely MAD at work. We&#8217;ll go first.. When they set up a meeting after 4pm on a Friday,&#8217; a post to Boost Juice&#8217;s Facebook page read.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The post drew in hundreds of responses starting off with people breaking office etiquette.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Pen thieves or not putting things back where they belong!&#8217; one woman said and another added: &#8216;No one replaces the toilet paper&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;People not cleaning up after them self in the break room,&#8217; a third wrote while a fourth said: &#8216;People eating tuna in the lunchroom&#8217;.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;When someone repeatedly clicks their pen or taps on their desk really loud but they don&#8217;t realise how annoying it is because they have headphones on,&#8217; a fifth explained.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Touching my sandwich when it&#8217;s in the sandwich press or opening the microwave to check if my food is done,&#8217; someone grumbled.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/18\/07\/79075877-12867755-image-a-25_1702883653300.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Bragging about exercise, particularly cold water swimming, is another ick<\/p>\n<p>One person said they hate when someone can&#8217;t &#8216;talk and work at the same time&#8217; and someone else was angered by colleagues who refuse to &#8216;own up to their own mistakes&#8217;.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;When they text in our group chats on weekends when I&#8217;m trying to enjoy my time away from work,&#8217; one user commented.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;When your suppose to work as a team but end up doing all the work yourself,&#8217; a second answered.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;When you have to follow up multiple times to get an answer,&#8217; complained a third.<\/p>\n<p>Many agreed meetings that could have been emails are infuriating as are meetings held over break times.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;When the meeting organiser starts to wrap up the meeting right on the scheduled end time and then that ONE person has to ask a question that drags the meeting out for another 15 minutes,&#8217; one man added.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Another worker said it enrages them &#8216;when someone messages me &#8216;hi&#8217;, then waits for me to say hi back before asking me their question.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;When a coworker treats me like I&#8217;m beneath them because I&#8217;m younger than them superiority complex,&#8217; one woman said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Someone wasn&#8217;t a fan of &#8216;corny&#8217; team building activities, especially when they are made to be done outside work hours.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Asking staff to participate in &#8216;fun&#8217; team building activities during their own time then when they don&#8217;t asking them to do it during the busiest work time,&#8217; they commented.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>One person said they are not a morning person and disliked coworkers who are.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;When they&#8217;re all soooo cheery and happy at six in the morning and want to say &#8216;good morning&#8217; to you,&#8217; they moaned.<\/p>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/femail\/article-12867755\/workplace-icks-office-2023.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read Full Article<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The biggest workplace &#8216;icks&#8217; revealed &#8211; from making TikToks in the office to vaping, so are YOU guilty of any?
