    I\u2019m A Celebrity favourite star Josie Gibson\u2019s ex-fianc\u00e9 claims she once brandished a machete during a furious row.<\/p>\n

    Plumber Luke Sanwo proposed to the blonde bombshell six months into their relationship back in 2012. But things weren\u2019t meant to be with the couple going their separate ways three years later in 2015.<\/p>\n

    As the star continues to win over the hearts of viewers at home, the 36-year-old has lifted the lid on their lengthy relationship. Speaking to The Sun, the star revealed how the This Morning host once took up arms during a heated argument.<\/p>\n

    He told the publication that the telly favourite \u201cran hot and cold\u201d during their romance and was \u201cshouting and angry\u201d when she picked up the weapon during their bedroom row. The plumber claims Josie clashed with him shortly before their stormy romance came to an end.<\/p>\n

    Recalling the terrifying moment, Luke said: \u201cShe picked up the machete I had in the bedroom. It was about a foot long. She was shouting and angry.<\/p>\n

    \u201cI was shocked and amazed, but I didn\u2019t feel in any danger. I know she didn\u2019t intend me any harm.\u201d The plumber also claimed how he met Josie\u2019s cocaine-dealing grandmother who he believes had a grudge against him.<\/p>\n

    Daily Star has reached out to Josie Gibson's representatives for a comment. The former Big Brother winner, 38, is tipped to win the ITV reality show after charming fans with her down-to-earth personality and quick wit. <\/p>\n

    The mum-of-one is being lined up as ITV\u2019s next big star after covering for Holly Willoughby on the This Morning sofa earlier this year. The Dancing On Ice star quit the daytime show back in October with Josie set to become a full-time replacement after her jungle stint comes to an end. <\/p>\n

    It comes after the Bristolian revealed that she is single within the first week of the show as she asked Fred Sirieix to find her a hot man. The TV chef has proved himself to be quite the matchmaker at heart and regularly plays cupid on his Channel 4 show First Dates. <\/p>\n

    When the blonde beauty asked him to find Mr Right for her, the suave Frenchman replied: \u201cYou need a hot man?\u201d Josie explained that she didn\u2019t need one but she\u2019d like one as the 50-year-old star put his years of experience to work. <\/p>\n

    He immediately asked his fellow campmates: \u201cAnyone single in here? Anybody single?\u201d Josie immediately flushed bright red as she insisted: \u201cFred, I\u2019m not desperate!\u201d Earlier this month, Josie left fans convinced she was dating hairdresser to the stars Maurice Flynn after sharing a cosy snap of the pair on a dinner date. <\/p>\n

    Taking to Instagram she captioned the pic: \u201cOne of the best meals I've ever had in my entire existence. \u201cIf you ever get the chance @lavolondon in Marylebone London in the one. <\/p>\n

    "The company was delicious too!! What an amazing evening.. I felt like I was in heaven! @mauriceflynn @lavolondon Thank you.\u201d<\/p>\n
