Miriam Margolyes detailed how her lodgers \u201cmake life sweeter\u201d for her due to the absence of her partner Heather Sutherland, who lives in Amsterdam.<\/p>\n
The 80-year-old star and her partner Heather have been together for over five decades, but still choose to live apart.<\/span><\/p>\n The Harry Potter actress spoke to Nick Grimshaw and Angela Hartnett about their living situation and long-distance relationship on hit podcast Dish from Waitrose<\/span>.<\/p>\n \u201cI am so lucky,\u201d Miriam reflected during her chat with the podcast hosts. \u201cI\u2019ve got an intergenerational situation at home. I\u2019ve got two lodgers.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cGeorge was the second one that came,\u201d she explained. \u201cI had Emily come first, then George. <\/span>He is a baker to die for. He was a friend of theirs.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThey make my life sweeter,\u201d she confessed. \u201cBecause my partner lives in Amsterdam, so I don\u2019t see her very much, so I probably would get quite lonely if I was on my own all the time.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Don’t miss… <\/strong>
