EMMERDALE fans think they know who killed Craig Reed, and they don't believe it was one of the Dingles.<\/p>\n

The rapist was found dead on the Home Farm estate where Lydia works in recent scenes, after she opened up about his vile attack.<\/p>\n

Lydia struggled alone for weeks after being assaulted by her childhood sweetheart.<\/p>\n

He continued to taunt her and turn up to her family home in an effort to threaten her into silence.<\/p>\n

When the mum finally broke down and told her family and friends about the rape, it was clear that her husband Sam wanted revenge.<\/p>\n

He attempted to punish Craig for his crimes by ganging up with Cain Dingle to kidnap and threaten the man in a remote barn.<\/p>\n

Once Craig's body was found Sam was one of Lydia's prime suspects for the murder, but he promised he had only tied him up and given the man a fright.<\/p>\n

As police take over the investigation viewers are convinced that they have spotted the killer – and it's not someone Lydia would suspect.<\/p>\n

Viewers noticed Craig's receptionist seemed afraid of him before she quit her job, and have speculated that he may have forced himself on her too.<\/p>\n

They think she may have taken the chance to get revenge once he was left weakened by Sam's kidnapping.<\/p>\n

One person shared their theory, writing: "I think it was Craig's receptionist…and that he assaulted her too."<\/p>\n

Another agreed: "It's got to be the PA that walked out. He has obviously assaulted her as well."<\/p>\n

A third exclaimed: "I\u2019m saying the secretary has done it. Too obvious to be a Dingle!"<\/p>\n

One viewer speculated: "I don't think any of the Dingles in the pub killed Craig in Emmerdale. The main suspects I think are Tom King, always been a bit suspect, and somehow Craig's PA, who resigned her job last week, got involved."<\/p>\n
