Strictly: Ryan Thomas cries at Adam Thomas’ performance<\/h3>\n

Strictly Come Dancing star Adam Thomas has admitted he was an emotional wreck just seconds before performing his latest routine with dance partner Luba Mushtuk on Saturday evening.<\/p>\n

Reflecting on his American Smooth, the Emmerdale star, who had felt unwell in the run-up to the live show, was worried about the routine and relied heavily on Luba for guidance during the live performance.<\/p>\n

Minutes before going onto the dance floor, the 35-year-old said his emotions got the better of him and he ended up in floods of tears on his knees while the VT was on.<\/p>\n

Adam’s brother Scott Thomas shed light on the moment on their Mancs on the Mic podcast alongside Ryan Thomas.<\/p>\n

Scott said: “I tell you why that was your best performance, because you gave that charisma you actually gave that energy where you just threw yourself into it.<\/p>\n

“I think it was a lot of emotions, obviously people don’t know this at home but you broke down crying, you were watching the VT in the studio and then you broke down.”<\/p>\n

Sharing further details, Adam went on to spill: “I watched the VT and obviously you can hear it in the studio and everyone can watch it on the screen and literally seconds before I was about to do the dance.<\/p>\n

“I was on my knees crying and then the whole crowd was going \u2018come on Adam you can do it\u2026\u2019 , and they [announcement] went \u2018and dancing, the de de de, Adam and Luba!,\u2019 I just had to pull it together last minute.”<\/p>\n

The actor also admitted it was the first time he had asked his brothers to vote for him, as he feared being in the bottom two.<\/p>\n

“I mean, I didn’t really know it… throughout the whole dance I was just looking at Luba going, \u2018what am I doing next?\u2019.”<\/p>\n
