Loose Women star K\u00e9ll\u00e9 Bryan has confessed to having a past "relationship with a married man", as the panellist opened up on a confusing situation that she's "not proud of" during the latest episode of the ITV daytime show.<\/p>\n

The 48 year old singer and actress has been married to Jay Gudgeon since 2010 and the pair share two children.<\/p>\n

Yet as the panel discussed a topic on if woman are "judged more for affairs" than men are, K\u00e9ll\u00e9 admitted she was once inadvertently involved in one.<\/p>\n

The brunette star explained she didn't actually "know" the man in question was already married, as he told her he was free and single at the time. <\/p>\n

What's more, K\u00e9ll\u00e9 shared her strong views on the topic, as she insisted she believes society should be blaming the person who entered into a "marriage contract" rather than the one who ended up in an affair, whether knowingly or not.<\/p>\n

"Unfortunately, I mean I'm not proud of it, but I've actually… I did have a relationship with a married man," she began, bravely sharing her story with fellow panellists Ruth Langsford, Brenda Edwards and Janet Street Porter.<\/p>\n

"He did present himself as single, it was all like, you know… we're separated now, so that's all done and dusted," the former Eternal band member continued. "But later on I found out that he was still married. <\/p>\n

"And yes, I could be looked at as that person that's a home wrecker. 'I've done this and I've done that,' but I didn't know, so I couldn't have done anything about it."<\/p>\n

The TV star went on to say: "What I think's really important is that we look at the marriage, it's the marriage where the contract is. I'm not saying that what I did was right, it wasn't, but it's the marriage we should look at."<\/p>\n

Sharing her support with her friend and colleague, Ruth cut in to ensure K\u00e9ll\u00e9 didn't lay the blame on herself for the situation she found herself in.<\/p>\n

"He misled you actually, from what you said. But anyway," the former This Morning presenter added. <\/p>\n

K\u00e9ll\u00e9's admission comes a month after the star weighed in on the transphobic row that emerged amid plans for her former 90s band Eternal to reunite on tour.<\/p>\n

The popular girl group, which also consisted of members Louise Redknapp and sisters Easther and Vernie Bennett, were due to perform at next year's Mighty Hoopla festival in South London.<\/p>\n

It was revealed that K\u00e9ll\u00e9 and Louise opted to pull out of the band's reunion tour when Easther and Vernie reportedly claimed they didn't want to perform at the festival because of its ties to the trans community.<\/p>\n

Addressing the situation on X, formerly known as Twitter, Kelle posted a statement where she said she is an "advocate for inclusion and equality for all".<\/p>\n

"The relationship with our fans and the joy of celebrating our success was, and still is my motivation," the pop star went on.
