Queen the Greatest Live\u2019s latest episodes have been focused on Freddie Mercury as one of rock and roll\u2019s greatest frontmen.<\/p>\n
In part 1 of the miniseries, fans are treated to rare footage of the star talking about the importance of performing songs differently live compared to the album records.<\/p>\n
The flamboyant singer, who died in 1991, shared: \u201cPeople want to be entertained. How boring if we reproduce note-for-note what was on the album.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt’s a show, it’s entertainment, and our songs take on a different meaning when we do a stage show.\u201d<\/p>\n

I think every day I learn something, you know, ask the lighting man to do something new.<\/p>\n \u201cWe’re interjecting the show with new songs. So, every time we do a new song, we have to have a new light thing. The light cues can be different, you know, forever.\u00a0 I mean, you can have a new show every day if you wanted to.\u201d<\/p>\n
