Megan McKenna has revealed shocking burns across the side of her face and ear after a horrific accident.<\/p>\n
The reality television personality, 30, took to Instagram to update her fans with why she hadn\u2019t been posting.<\/p>\n
She began: \u2018So, before you freak \u2013 I\u2019ve had a bit of an accident as you can see.<\/p>\n
\u2018On the weekend I was at my mum\u2019s and we were having dinner and she walked over with the gravy pot.<\/p>\n
\u2018Daisy [her dog] got underneath her feet, she tripped over Daisy, grabbed the gravy pot but the gravy inside flopped out and landed on my head.\u2019<\/p>\n
Megan showed the burns beside her right eye and on her ear, adding: \u2018It\u2019s caught the side of my face, it looks so much better now, it\u2019s in the healing process, it\u2019s a little bit rank.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018I\u2019ve got a whole blister behind my ear, my ear feels like it\u2019s hanging off,\u2019 she added.<\/p>\n
Megan explained that her mum sprayed her face with water for half an hour in the sink.<\/p>\n
\u2018It was a couple of hours of stress,\u2019 she continued.<\/p>\n
\u2018Absolute nightmare, you couldn\u2019t write it!\u2019<\/p>\n
Megan went on to reassure her viewers that she\u2019s \u2018on the mend\u2019 and that she still loves gravy.<\/p>\n
