The 48-year-old claimed he had received an “extremely disturbing” letter and email from a mainstream media TV company and a newspaper listing “a litany of extremely egregious and aggressive attacks”.<\/p>\n
He says: “Amidst this litany of astonishing, rather baroque, attacks are some very serious allegations that I absolutely refute.”<\/p>\n
Russell also slammed the mainstream media and alleged there was a \u201ccoordinated media attack\u201d, \u201clike with Joe Rogan, when he dared to take a medicine that the mainstream media didn\u2019t approve of\u201d.<\/p>\n
This led to support from Elon Musk who commented on the video on X: \u201cOf course. They don\u2019t like competition.\u201d<\/p>\n

More info<\/p>\n In the clip, Russell explains the allegations concern a time years ago when he was working in movies and the mainstream media.<\/p>\n “These allegations pertain to the time when I was working in the mainstream, when I was in the newspapers all the time, when I was in the movies. And as I’ve written about extensively in my books, I was very, very promiscuous,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n “During that time of promiscuity, the relationships I had were absolutely always consensual. I was always transparent about that then, almost too transparent. And I’m being transparent about it now as well.<\/p>\n “And to see that transparency metastasise into something criminal that I absolutely deny makes me question if there is another agenda at play.\u201d<\/p>\n
