Ivanka Trump just made a humanitarian move that may have helped her separate herself from the rest of the Trump family.

In photos obtained by DailyMail, we see the Trump Card author handing out vegetables, supplies, and more for the people of Lahaina. She joined the humanitarian group CityServe International to distribute meals and more to the people affected by the devastating Maui wildfires that have killed 99 people, left 66 missing, and caused billions of dollars worth of damage in its wake.

According to CityServe via DailyMail, Ivanka and the team provided families with places to sleep, access to food banks, and more places that held essential goods. Along with that, Ivanka reportedly used her contacts “to persuade other businesses to give supplies to residents of Maui,” which led to about $1 million in goods being transported to Maui.

Ivanka is the first member of her family to publicly do something to help the people affected by the Maui wildfires. However, she’s not the first one to discuss the wildfires.

Back in Aug 2023, Donald Trump did leave a message on his social media platform Truth Social, saying: “I would like to express my sympathy and warmest regards to the people of Hawaii, and specifically all of those who have been so gravely and irreparably hurt by the tragedy of the wildfires in Maui, something the likes of which have seldom been seen anywhere at any time,” per Truthpost.

(But then he took a jab at Hawaii Gov. Josh Green (D), claiming that Green wanted “to do nothing but blame [the wildfires] on global warming and other things that just popped into his head.”)
