Dune: Part Two<\/em> has officially been delayed to 2024. The Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet-starring story of Paul Atreides has been pushed back due to the on-going WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes. Due to these strikes, the actors may not do press. <\/p>\n

Warner Bros. made the announcement earlier this week after Variety<\/em> exclusively reported last month that the film sequel is slated for a 2024 release date. Other films like the Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire<\/em> has been pushed back another month. However, other titles like Wonka<\/em> and The Marvels<\/em> are expected to keep its release dates. Both Warner Bros. and Legendary are optimistic that next year’s spring is still ideal for releases. <\/p>\n

Sony is the other major studio delaying several of its films amid the strikes. Last month, the company pushed back Kraven the Hunter<\/em>, Ghostbusters: Afterlife<\/em> and Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse<\/em>. Dune: Part Two<\/em> cast features a star-studded lineup that includes Zendaya, Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Rebecca Ferguson, Javier Bardem Dave Bautista, Christopher Walken, Lea Seydoux and more. <\/p>\n

In other entertainment news, the Snyder cut for Rebel Moon<\/em> will feature an extra hour of content.
