Bray was born on May 14, 1971, making her 50 years old.
She was born in Canoga Park, Los Angeles, California.
Bray attended California State University, Northridge, and later went on to study at Gallaudet University from 2012 to 2013.
Troy and Deanne married in 2001, and have been married for 21 years.
Bray has starred in several shows and films, she is known for her recurring role as Emma Coolidge on Heroes.

Her husband Troy is also deaf, he is the first deaf actor ever nominated individually for a Screen Actors Guild award.
When he accepted his historic win Troy made sure to thank his wife Deanne.
"She is still here with me today. She's been with me through all these years of struggle. Thank you so much for being my backbone and thank you for supporting me. I love you," he signed in ASL.
"I'm so proud to be a member [of SAG]. I've been a member since 2001, and so now I finally feel like I'm part of the family.
"I know you all are artists, and I know you all know what it's like to be a starving actor. Back then I used to sleep in my car, I slept in my dressing room backstage, I couch-surfed and all of that. You feel me, right?" he continued. "So thank you so much."
Do Troy and Deanne have kids?
The acting couple do have one child together.
They welcomed their daughter Kyra Monique Kotsur on September 8, 2005.
Troy told NPR that his daughter actually inspired a scene in the film CODA.
In one scene of the film, the actor rests his hands on his on-screen daughter's neck to feel the vibrations of her voice.

"A long time ago when she was in kindergarten, she sang for a class performance," he signed.
"I asked, 'Can I just kind of feel your neck?' And it was very cute."
