Who did Jennie Jacques play in Vikings?
Actress Jennie Jacques starred in Vikings for just three seasons.
She portrayed Saxon Queen Judith of Northumbria in seasons three, four and five of Vikings, appearing in 29 episodes in total.
Judith in Vikings is loosely based on Judith of Flanders, a Carolingian princess who, through her three marriages, became Queen of Wessex and Countess of Flanders.

Her first husband was Aethelwulf of Wessex. Following his death in 858, she married his son and successor, Aethelbald.
Judith of Flanders was also the daughter of Emperor Charles the Bald.
In Vikings, Judith was portrayed as the daughter of King Aelle of Northumbria (played by Ivan Kaye) and Queen Elsewith (Roisin Murphy).
She was the wife of Prince Aethelwulf of Wessex (Moe Dunford), due to an arranged marriage. Together they had one son Aethelred (Daniel Cahill).
Despite her marriage, she was the lover of Athelstan (George Blagden), the man she really wished to marry.
Together, they had an illegitimate son Alfred (Ferdia Walsh-Peelo) who went on to become King of Wessex.
Following the death of Athelstan, Judith became the lover of King Ecbert (Linus Roache), her father-in-law.
Judith was responsible for the death of Ecbert’s wife Queen Kwenthrith (Amy Bailey).
Judith also killed her own son Aethelred by poisoning him, to prevent him from overthrowing his stepbrother King Alfred.

Unfortunately, it is unlikely Judith with appear in season six, part two of Vikings.
If she does, it will most likely be in the form of a flashback or a dream sequence.
