The two remaining contestants went head-to-head, withNdegwa building up a respectable £1,650 in the bank, while Yvette was trailing behind with £1,350.

It looked like it was game over for Yvette with just one final question to go.

Ben asked: "Which children's novel by Roald Dahl was the last to be published during his lifetime and features a character called Mrs Silver?"

Luckily for Yvette, Ndegwa answered the question incorrectly and she was given the opportunity to claw her way back into the competition.

She managed to get seven counters over the tipping point, beating her opponent.

Fans were left stunned at the last minute comeback.

One wrote: "I did not expect Yvette to win, I thought the other contestant had it in the bag."
