PHIL Collins is said to be planning to "file an eviction lawsuit" to kick kick ex-wife Orianne Cevey out of his Miami mansion, according to TMZ.
According to the TMZ, the musician asked her to vacate and she's refused, instead threatening to release false and embarrassing accusations about him unless he renegotiates their 2008 divorce settlement.
The pair tied the knot in 1999 before parting ways almost a decade later as, according to reports, he paid her $46 million in a settlement.
The couple did have two sons, Nicolas, 19, and Matthew, 15, during their relationship.

While the iconic singer and drummer, 69, seems to be dealing with previous marriage issues, his daughter Lily Collins recently became engaged to her boyfriend boyfriend Charlie McDowell.
The actress, 31, shared a few engagement photos of Charlie proposing, the two kissing and a close-up of her stunning ring.
She wrote: "I’ve been waiting my lifetime for you and I can’t wait to spend our lifetime together…”
Charlie, 37, also announced the news on his own Instagram with a single shot of Lily smiling for the camera and holding up her ring finger.
The Discovery director wrote with it: “In a time of uncertainty and darkness you have illuminated my life. I will forever cherish my adventure with you."
The couple started dating last year, and Lily confirmed their romance in August 2019 when she shared a photo of the two of them together in Paris, where she was filming her new Netflix series, Emily in Paris.
Phil welcomed his youngest daughter while married to his second wife Jill Tavelman.
