Love Island's Olivia Bowen gives birth to first baby and reveals adorable name | The Sun

LOVE Island star Olivia Bowen has given birth to her first baby.

The reality star, 28, and her husband Alex, 30, revealed their adorable son was born on Friday and is called Abel Jacob Bowen.

The couple shared a sweet snap on Instagram today cradling their newborn inside their Essex home.

She wrote: "Abel Jacob Bowen. You are everything. 10/06/22."

Olivia looked lovingly at her little boy as a delighted Alex cuddled into her and smiled at the camera.

Alex took his turn holding his son and wrote: "Abel Jacob Bowen, but you can call him AJ… The day our lives changed for the better."

They were inundated with congratulatory messages from their fans and celeb pals, who were over the moon for them.

Last week Olivia showed off her growing bump as she enjoyed a safari-themed baby shower.

Wearing a white skirt with a long trail and a crop top, Olivia looked radiant as she proudly cradled her baby bump.

She completed her look with flawless makeup and a styled her hair in a low ponytail.

Olivia shared a sweet kiss with Alex as they celebrated with friends and family.

The couple showed off the incredible décor – including a huge giraffe and zebra statues and an animal-theme cake.

The reality stars opted for a large tent with a huge dinner table with plenty of space.

There was also a bar offering a range of mocktails and alcoholic drinks.

The pair used social media to break their happy baby news over the New Year, as well as to document Olivia's pregnancy cravings and nursery design.

Yet social media has also seen Olivia face flack for posing in her underwear – in a clear example of mum-shaming from trolls.

This, and the "terrifying" nature of anonymous social media users, has led the influencer to think twice about sharing special moments when the tot arrives.

She told OK! Magazine: "I really want to give our baby as much privacy in the first few months, but I know we’re going to be the proudest parents and will want to share the next step of parenthood with everyone.
