KILLING Eve viewers were left feeling sickened when Jodie Comer's Villanelle slashed the achilles heel of her arch nemesis, Helene.
In the series' penultimate episode, viewers watched Villanelle get saved after Helene (Camille Cottin) had her shot in the back with an arrow.
The assassin is saved by up-and-coming killer, Pam (Anjana Vasan) who tells Villanelle "it's only a flesh wound."
Set on getting revenge, Villanelle tracks down Helene and lies in wait under her hotel bed.
But in a shocking twist for Villanelle, Eve (Sandra Oh) turns up to the room with Helene.
The pair begin to flirt in a major way, as Helene sits on the bed under which Villanelle is hiding.
Their flirting enrages Villanelle who acts by slashing Helene's exposed ankles.
A shocked Helene stands up, staggering around the room as Eve looks on in complete shock.

Villanelle emerges from the bed, as Helene tries to defend herself with a vase before but has her throat slit.
Making it all the more creepy is the fact Eve is watching all of this slightly intrigued and aroused.
But for fans watching at home, the violence was too much.
"Man. I was freaking out thinking she was going to cut her Achilles. And then she didn’t. And then she did," wrote on fan on Twitter.
