HOLLYOAKS star James Sutton showcased his incredible body transformation after losing a stone.
The actor – who plays Jean Paul McQueen in the Channel 4 soap – proudly revealed his muscular physique after hitting the gym.
James, 39, said by completely overhauling his fitness routine it has changed his life.
The TV star shared a before and after snap to show fans theprogress.
James uploaded a topless image and said he felt "unhappy and unmotivated" before altering his lifestyle.
In the second photo, he showed off his bulging biceps after achieving his fitness goal.

James wrote: "2019 – Unhappy. Unmotivated. Self Conscious.
"2022 – Found a lifestyle and a program that suits me.
"I have more energy. I sleep better. I feel better. I’m more motivated. More productive.
"I hold my head up. I look people in the eye. I value myself. I have my ambition back.

Meanwhile James' character Jean Paul is having a far more chaotic time in Hollyoaks.
John Paul's alcohol addiction came back with a vengeance last month.
