FORMER Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan has shown off her baby bump in a sexy lingerie set as she enters her third trimester.
The 30-year-old star and her footballer fiancé, Scott Sinclair, are expecting their third child together and even though this is her first pregnancy with clear skin, Helen has opened up about how 'challenging' it has been for her.
Helen posed in the two piece St Tropez set consisting of a black bra with orange and pink flowers and matching scalloped underwear.
The glowing expectant mum cradled her seven month pregnant belly and looked lovingly down at her growing bump.
She captioned the post: "I’ve definitely found this pregnancy a challenge after having a hyperemesis gravidarum pregnancy and I’ve not really felt like myself since I fell pregnant I still have nausea."
Helen no longer suffers from the serious illness "and can be a mum to the girls and get about doing things".
She also opened up about feeling anxious about going into labour, which is normal for her and that she planned on having a hospital birth.
"I’m trying a hypnotherapy course this time round. For me I work myself up in my head which is way worse than the actual labour," Helen revealed.
The actress also revealed looking after two young children and being pregnant has led to a lot of back pain, but thankfully "Scott usually takes over with the bed/bath time routine with the girls but has broke his hand recently in a game".
She's not fussed about the gender of the baby, but thinks a boy would be "a totally new experience" especially as she says "this is definitely my last pregnancy".
"I had Matilda at 24 and I wanted my children close together and it just feels right for me," Helen wrote.
"I would never want to go through the hyperemesis again, it wouldn’t be fair on the children I already have and I want to give each child as much attention as each other."
This time around she's enjoyed having clear skin and "my hormones have been really stable".
"Before I fell pregnant I was getting a diagnosis of PMDD and seeing a hormone specialist as my moods were hugely impacted by my cycle so I’ve really enjoyed not having the highs and lows from my menstrual cycle," she revealed.
The star also said she worried about being a mum to three tots but it will take her about to month to get used to juggling everything.
Her and Scott are already mum and dad to five-year-old Matilda and two-year-old Delilah and she wonders how each of her children will react to having a new sibling.
"I wonder how Delilah will react as both my girls are quite different personalities," she wrote.
"Delilahs very much the baby of the family and very for mummy, Matilda was never jealous of Delilah just so sweet with her. Delilah loves her dolly’s though so I have a feeling she will be like her sister and just want to hold and kiss the baby."
Helen rounded off her two posts saying she was having some ankle swelling and "quite a bit of rib pain" but was keeping her midwife in the loop in case it was anything to worry about.
She finished her post writing: "Very excited to meet my little one, Love them so much already 💫."
