Helen Flanagan called I'm A Celebrity: South Africa "a distraction" from her split from ex-boyfriend Scott Sinclair.
The former Coronation Street star was welcomed onto Thursday's (May 11) edition of ITV's Lorraine to talk about her experience in South Africa.
However, as she opened up on her time in the All-Star camp, she made a surprising revelation about her relationship with ex Scott, 34.

Helen, 32, first competed in the Australian Jungle 11 years ago in 2012 on the 12th series of the show where she finished in seventh place.
The former soap actress previously split from her footballer boyfriend in October of last year after 13 years together.
And although she finished in roughly the same position this time around on I'm A Celeb, she was nothing but happy with her performance on the show as it was a "distraction" from her day to day life.
When Lorraine asked if the series was a distraction to "get away", Helen explained: "Yes it was a distraction. Definitely.
"I kind of tried to throw myself into kind of work and I kind of feel like I'm at a stage in my life now where I kind of feel like, what do I actually want?
"Not mum Helen. You know, what do I actually want to do? So, I feel like I'm in that kind of nice stage where I kind of might find myself a little bit again."
Helen also admitted that it was a struggle to be away from her three children – Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and two-year-old Charlie – whom she shares and co-parents with her ex partner Scott.
"Because Delilah… I didn't know if she was going to be too bothered… but I was away for a month!" she said.
"It is actually quite strange when when you're not with them."
But the star did not need to worry as she had help on hand, even with relatives of her ex-fiancé.
She told Lorraine: "I'm really close with Scott's mum, like we're really, really, really close. We're good friends, we always have been and so that makes everything a lot easier as well."
Later on in the show, Lorraine gave her a tiara as she was named the "most improved" campmate, after she was known for backing out of trials in her original stint in the jungle.
However Helen said it was down to her young age at the time as she exclaimed: "I had no idea what I was on. I really was totally clueless.
"[This time] I was really determined to you know, to try and smash it, you know, especially like my kids and stuff."
Lorraine airs weekdays at 9am on ITV
