EastEnders spoilers: Honey Mitchell’s revenge plan for Adam revealed after Iqra bombshell?

Honey Mitchell (played by Emma Barton) has become increasingly suspicious over beau Adam Bateman’s (Stephen Rahman-Hughes) actions and next week she will take drastic action after a revealing conversation with a Walford resident.

Adam has been having an affair with Habiba Ahmed (Rukku Nahar) over the last few weeks and now Habiba wants a future with the cheater.

Viewers have watched Adam make it fairly obvious that he has no intention of leaving Honey but he’s failed to keep her suspicions at bay.

Honey has been doing her best to ignore the signs of Adam’s infidelity but next week a conversation with Habiba and Iqra Ahmed (Priya Davdra) forces her to take action.

During a family dinner at the Ahmed’s Iqra saves Habiba from awkward questioning by revealing she’s seeing someone.

Later on Iqra admits to Habiba that she’s been hiding a relationship from her for a while.

Upset that Iqra couldn’t be honest with her, Habiba ends up confiding in Honey over her recent poor treatment of her sister.

The pair share a heart-to-heart but it’s not long before Honey becomes suspicious again after talking to Iqra.

Iqra lets slip something in their conversation which alerts Honey once more and this time she decides to take action to find out if Adam has been lying all this time.

She tells her children to pack their bags suggesting she is going to leave Adam and flee the Square.

However when Adam returns that evening Honey tells him she’s planned a trip away just the two of them.

Could Honey have finally discovered the truth and be planning to tell Adam she’s leaving him once they’re alone or does she have a more twisted revenge plan in mind?

Meanwhile, Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) could be in danger after his father, Phil (Steve McFadden) awoke from his coma.

Ben walked in on Stacey Fowler (Lacey Turner), husband Martin (James Bye) and Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) standing over his dad and demanded they leave so he could handle it.

Since then he’s been doing everything in his power to frame Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters) for the attack.

At the end of last night’s episode, Ben attempted to kill Phil before Jay Brown (Jamie Northwick) stopped him.

Believing Phil was still in a coma, Ben went on to confess to Jay the real reason behind his return to the Square.

“I came back to take him down, to rinse him,” Ben began. “I want to take everything from him. I want to ruin him. I want to see him on his knees in the gutter and beg me for help and when he does, I will walk away and laugh.”

Jay managed to convince Ben not to go through with his plan as the Mitchell son admitted all he wanted was his dad’s approval.

After apologising to Phil, Ben walked away before the hard man began to regain consciousness.

Did Phil overhear Ben’s deadly confession and will he take revenge when he finally recovers?
