ABI Franklin’s court stunt risks setting her son Seb’s killer Corey Brent free next week in Coronation Street.
The grieving mother – who is played by Sally Carman in the ITV soap – goes to great lengths to prove Corey’s dad Stefan fixed the trial.
Next week’s episodes of Corrie will see Kelly and Corey continue to battle it out in court.
Kelly takes the witness box and tells the court that Corey attacked Seb and kicked him repeatedly.
Corey’s defence lawyer Sabeen suggests that she attacked Seb in order to impress Corey.
Kelly’s mother Laura takes the stand and sticks up for her daughter, claiming she would never have hurt Seb.
As the trial comes to an end, Imran and Sabeen deliver their closing speeches.
Abi decides to take matters into her own hands to get justice for Seb and goes to great lengths to find some hard proof that Stefan bribed a witness.
Kevin urges her to leave it to Imran, but Abi shrugs off his concerns.

Corrie fans were left sobbing as they struggled to watch the soap’s harrowing flashback scenes last night as Nina finally remembered the night of Seb’s death.
Nina had experienced memory loss in the wake of the brutal assault on her and Seb.
But after retracing her steps at the wasteland where they encountered Corey and his gang, she suffered harrowing flashbacks showing Corey’s gangmates kicking and insulting her.
The camera then panned to Seb lying on the ground as Corey stamped on him while Kelly tried to pull him away.
