Alastair Campbell issued an apology after he made an embarrassing mess up during one his first Good Morning Britain interviews.
The 63-year-old, had to say sorry to viewers on his debut after he'd mistakenly called Christine Brett, "Caroline" during a discussion about hugging amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
He joked: "I do need glasses I'm afraid, think I called Christine, Caroline at one point."
As Alastair addressed the on-air blunder, Susanna laughed along at his quip about spectacles.
Christine, who is the Co-founder of US for Them, politely ignored the blunder and continued to air her views without calling out Alastair's mistake.
