Dancing on Ice beauty Rebekah Vardy stripped down to her underwear to show off her fake tan secrets with her fans.
Rebekah, 38, posed in front of a full length mirror in her dressing room before skating on the famous ice rink on the ITV show.
The brunette bombshell was seen wearing a tiny black sport bra and matching high-waisted knickers as she held her dark skating costume around her legs.
Holding her phone up to her face, she showed off a very tanned stomach and face, which were several shades lighter than her toned legs.
The tiny knickers showed off her hourglass hips ands toned stomach in the racy snaps, sending her fans wild with the racy display.
As she swept her dark hair back from her face, Rebekah ensured all eyes were on her hourglass figure as she struck a pose in the ITV Studios.
The mum-of-five also showed off a full face of make-up as she smiled at her reflection before her performance, not giving away any hint of nerves ahead of her big skate.
Rebekah captioned the picture: "BEHIND THE SCENES – PRE SHOW PREP for tonight’s @dancingonice."
She then added a checklist of what she needed for the show, including her "Wig, Make up, Fish Net Tights, Big Knickers, Big Smile."
Rebekah added: "And I also fake tanned only the bits that I needed to – back (thanks for the help @vardy7), shoulders, chest, head and stomach.
"I never usually wear fake tan as I’m naturally quite tanned. So now I need to wear it I can’t face doing my whole body.
"We wear tan dance tights with our costumes so I can skip my legs and I knew I’d be wearing long sleeves so left my arms out too."
The DOI star was inundated with messages of support from her fans, as they complimented her on her seriously ripped figure after having five kids.
One said: "You have the look of wonder woman!"
Another added: "How have you had five kids!!"
A third said: "Looking amazing! Well done on the hard work."
A fourth chipped in: "You look brilliant," whilst hundreds more of her followers rushed to message the star on her latest Instagram post.
Rebekah has made it through to the third week of Dancing on Ice after Myleene Klass became the first celebrity to be sent home at the weekend.
She was in the bottom two against rapper Lady Leshurr, but the radio presenter was chosen by the judges to be eliminated in a shock move.
Myleene said: I couldn't have done it without Lukasz and my family and my friends.
"I had never skated before, I've got a skill that I learned in lockdown, who would have thought it?"
Dancing on Ice continues on Sunday at 6pm on ITV.
