First Dates star Cici Coleman wowed her 169,000 Instagram followers by showcasing her incredible four-month body transformation.
Donning a stunning leopard-print bikini and posing for a mirror-selfie, the 36-year old took to her story to explain how she did it, going into detail about her calorie intake.
Cici, who has starred on the hit Channel 4 show since 2013, now also works as an online fitness coach, offering paid-subscribers customised workout plans, nutritional plans, on-demand workouts and one-to-one dedicated coaching.

The TV personality began by sharing before and after body snaps, before explaining: "It doesn't mean eating 1,200 calories a day by the way. It means tracking and eating the right amount of calories for you.
"I eat between 1,600 and 1,800 calories a day. So you can see I'm getting my food in."
Alongside the selfie, Cici added the caption: "4 months later. Mindfully eating (aware of calories). Back in the gym."
Earlier in the week, meanwhile, Cici recorded herself purchasing reduced items from a supermarket, telling followers she "isn't a millionaire".
Proceeding to rant, she wrote on her story: "When people think I'm a millionaire coz I work on a TV show once a year for 2 weeks.

"On Christmas Day, my uncle asked me who was paying for all my holidays.
"I think he misunderstood that I had to get a second job (online coaching) because continuously waiting for the next big TV opp to arrive wasn't exactly realistic."
She continued: "I just went to Sainsbury's and did a shop which cost me £36 for roughly 4 days worth of food."
