Rosada Burns is single and lives in London. She has three children, Oscar, 12, Oliver, 20, and Freya, 22, and runs social media for events.
I haven’t had Botox or fillers, as I prefer a natural look. But I do invest in a bespoke facial with Pietro Simone every six weeks at his private clinic in London (£275, pietrosimone.com). It has made a big difference to my skin, which is brighter, smoother, firmer and more lifted. I’d rather spend money on skincare than designer handbags or expensive meals out.
FINE HAIR BOOSTER
My hair is very fine and has got worse with age. So I love label.m Organic Orange Blossom Shampoo (£16.50, labelm.com) and Conditioner (£19.50), as it’s not too heavy, and gives my hair a healthy shine. I also take a Holland & Barrett Omega 3 Fish Oil capsule every day (£13.99, hollandandbarrett.com) to strengthen my hair, skin and nails.

NATURAL GLOW DROPS
I try to keep my face out of the sun. Instead, I add a couple of Tan-Luxe The Face Illuminating Self-Tan Drops (£35, tan-luxe.com) to my moisturiser every other night. You wake up with an amazing, warm glow.
Every day I apply Bio Oil (£9.99, boots.com) to damp skin. It is designed to be used on stretch marks, scarring or uneven skin, but I use it all over my body. It leaves my skin feeling very soft and supple, and I find it helps with sun damage and pigmentation, too.
Since turning 50, I’ve realised it is important to do something for yourself — especially if you’re busy running a home and looking after children. I got divorced in 2016 after 20 years. I think you can get lost in a marriage. I wanted to get to know myself again. I’ve also invested more energy in my friendships. I have a close group of four girlfriends: we call ourselves the ‘wellness junkies’, as we have a new tradition of going on an annual spa holiday. So far we’ve been to Thailand, India, Lake Garda and the South of France.
