Today’s horoscope is filled with Water energy as the Moon and Mars join hands in the heavens. Both celestial bodies are in the sign of Cancer – the fourth star sign of the Zodiac. Cancer is a very tenacious and loyal companion, whose influence is best shared in the embrace of family.
People with a strong Cancer presence in their lives are said to value spending time with friends and loved ones.
There is also an innate love for water-based activities and hobbies that can be undertaken at home.
At their best, Cancers are fiercely loyal and sympathetic to those around them.
At their worst, moodiness and insecurity step in and there is an overarching distrust towards strangers.
Paired with the Taurus Sun today, there is an overwhelming need to get busy with your hands – perhaps a spot of gardening is in order.
Taurus is an Earth sign and Cancer is a Water sign. Mix the two together and there is room for growth.
Gardening and cooking are two activities that will help clear your mind and fill you with joy and clarity.
With Cancer Moon Conjuncting Mars at zero degrees, astrologer Gregory Scott believes you will focus on the things you want.

At the same time, the Cancer Moon Opposes Pluto at a 180-degree angle and that should bring some stability to your day as the weekend comes to a close.
Mr Scott said: “Fewer outlandish, unexpected effects are likely.”
A 120-degree Trine also forms between the Moon and Neptune in Pisces.
This aspect will bolster your intuition and gut feelings whenever you need to make a decision.
Finally, the Moon forms a Sextile with the Taurus Sun and Quincunxes the Ringed Giant, Saturn in Aquarius.
Mr Scott said: “So you feel entitled to make up your own rules and that’s really good.
“The pace picks up again on Sunday and you may be planning your future and what you can do to feel better in your work, your creative endeavours or your spiritual practices.
“The ideas you come up with are very concrete – again, like they have been earlier in the week, because we are in the time of Taurus, so it’s not airy-fairy, it’s really concrete.”
Now is the time to focus on the here and now and what you can accomplish.
Mr Scott wants you to take notice of what inspires you and how you can implement that in the coming days.
He added: “It looks like a really fun, positive time.”
