Cancer, this month is going to be very positive for you. You might lose some friends and have a bit of drama in your relationship, but you’re moving in the right direction. Express.co.uk chatted to astrologer, cosmic coach, crystal healer and founder of the Moon Child Sorority, Bex Milford (@cosmic_cures on Instagram) to find out the Cancer November horoscope for 2021.
Cancer, the New Moon on November 4 is occurring in Scorpio in your fifth house of creativity, drama, fun and romance.
New Moons are the ideal time to set intentions and embrace new beginnings, so why not think about that creative or artistic pursuit that’s been calling to you for a while?
Bex said: “Scorpio energy connects us with what makes us feel powerful.
“You may feel connected to the power of art (music, writing, dance, painting or creating) and use it to express your values to the world.”
If you love to act or perform, the New Moon is a prime opportunity to put yourself in the spotlight.
Bex said: “You might like to begin writing a screenplay, novel or short story.
“You seem to intrinsically understand the psychology behind situations and might be great at creating relatable characters that leap from the page.”
When Mercury moves into Scorpio on November 5, you might have a great idea.
Bex said: “You’ll be blessed with flashes of genius and may even have a eureka moment with Mercury in Scorpio.
“Be sure to keep a notepad handy to jot down any grand ideas!”
With Mercury in Scorpio, this is also the time for a potential love affair.
Bex warned: “It might be a relationship or tinged with drama and secrecy since this is Scorpio after all!”
When Venus moves into your seventh house of relationships on November 6, this further turns attention to your love life.
Bex said: “Venus rules pleasure and partnerships, and when it’s in the seventh house then we can find ourselves drawn to the idea of commitment.
“On top of this, Venus is in reliable, steadfast Capricorn and this indicates you’ll spend the rest of the month considering how to bring more stability into your partnerships.
“If you’re single or casually dating then you’ll crave more permanence and therefore be attracted to anyone who seems to be able to offer this.
“If you’re in a relationship, it’s a good time to lay more foundations for security and notice how you can strengthen your framework together.”
When the Full Moon blazes in the sky on November 19, we’ll actually be experiencing the effects of a Lunar Eclipse.
Bex explained: “Lunar Eclipses are supercharged Full Moons, as the themes of release, shedding and cutting chords are heightened.
“Don’t be surprised if you’re forced to acknowledge some difficult truths about your social group!”
The astrologer warned that if there are friendships that have obviously outlasted their time, an event or conversation may occur that breaks these bonds for good.
She added: “Remember that if someone is draining your energy or making you feel ‘less than’ then they’re not worth the effort.”
Around the Lunar Eclipse, you might also find that a plan or idea you had for the future completely changes.
Bex said: “You might be presented with the chance to completely redefine your future goals.
“This may seem scary at first if you try and hold onto the ‘old’ version of what you thought you wanted, but is incredibly exciting if you embrace the potential of what’s to come!”
