It’s certainly been a busy weekend for the royal family, and Kate Middleton has been in attendance at everything from official ceremonies to volunteering to help renovate a Scout hut, and she’s managed to nail the dress code for every single occasion.

The Coronation weekend officially began on Saturday May 6, with the crowning ceremony of King Charles III and Queen Camilla, and was followed by a surprise Windsor walkabout, the Coronation concert, and a day of volunteering at the request of King Charles.

In true dedicated style, the Prince and Princess of Wales were in attendance at each event, seizing the opportunity to meet fans, help the community, and show their support for the monarchy, and it will come as no surprise that Princess Kate managed to nail an outfit for every event.

Ten times Kate Middleton has wowed in Alexander McQueen designs

For the official crowning ceremony at Westminster Abbey on Saturday, the Princess of Wales was the picture of royal elegance as she wore a custom-made Alexander McQueen ivory silk gown.

The gown featured subtle embroidery around the hem and sleeves of the dress that represented the four home nations in the form of an English Rose, Welsh daffodil, Scottish thistle and an Irish shamrock.

It was reported that King Charles requested no tiaras to be worn at the ceremony, so in its place, Kate wore a silver bullion, crystal and silver thread work headpiece in a leaf embroidery design, which was created by Jess Collett X Alexander McQueen for the occasion.

Princess Kate finished off her look with two touching tributes to late members of the royal family, was she wore Princess Diana’s pearl and diamond earrings and Queen Elizabeth II’s George VI Festoon Necklace.

For the occasion, Kate showed just how well she does casual chic as she wore apowder blue blazer, tailored trousers and trainers.

The baby blue blazer, which was the Reiss Hollie Double Breasted Linen Blazer,£298 here, was the perfect choice for her attendance at The Big Lunch street fair as it nailed spring’s favourite pastel trend and still looks chic and put together.

Kate wore her favourite metallic Veja Esplar trainers,£120 here, for the occasion which stopped her otherwise tailored outfit from looking too formal – not to mention giving her feet a break from her sky high heels she had been wearing the day before. To keep it on the casual side, Kate also added a white T-shirt underneath her blazer.

Rewearing her red Alexander McQueen suit for the Coronation Concert

After wearing something white and something blue, Kate kept it patriotic during the weekend and rounded off her Coronation outfits with ared Alexander McQueen suitthat she rewore, after first being spotted in it during the launch of her Shaping Us Campaign in January.
