Nautica Japan Unveils First-Ever Hong Kong Pop-Up With HBX

Directed by Creative Director Akio Hasegawa, Nautica Japan has just launched its first-ever pop-up in Hong Kong at the HBX store in Landmark.

For its latest collaboration, the Japanese brand has curated a menswear Spring/Summer 2022 capsule collection with a limited edition polo shirt and pocket tee exclusive to the global e-commerce platform. To commemorate the partnership, each item offered is tagged with the two brands’ logo labels reimagined by Japanese graffiti artists, JOTA and LURK.

Referencing the Japan pop-up launched in Tokyo earlier this month, the Hong Kong space takes a similar minimalistic approach and decorates walls with whimsical artworks from the Japanese bookstore STACKS. Highlighted in the center is a flat-lay display of more soft goods, from bucket hats to shoelaces. In addition, clear umbrellas adorned with Nautica Japan’s logo are stationed near the entrance.
