Helen Flanagan is the proud mum of two adorable little girls and she's now opened up about how motherhood changed her body.
The former Coronation Street star, 29, admitted her boobs had gotten smaller after breastfeeding, and she complained about not having a big Kardashian style bum.
But she said she still feels confident enough to wear a bikini and is learning to embrace the body that becoming a mum gave her.
In an impassioned Instagram post, Helen said: "I felt confident in my bikini on my holiday to Dubai Ive been working out to the legs and bums workout on @iamtv.fit and I love it.
"I haven’t got a Kardashian bum, I am a size six, 5ft 3 and my boobs are now a B cup. I’ve been blessed to carry two children and feed both of them.
"It's changed my shape and I can not wear a bikini now without having them hoisted ( what’s left) in a padded wired bikini top. I feel what really got me in to shape after having Delilah was my mumma fit."
Helen left Corrie last year to give birth to daughter Delilah with partner Scott Sinclair.
The couple are also parents to four-year-old Matilda.
When asked by host Lorraine Kelly whether she would be making a cobbles comeback as Rosie Webster, she said: "I miss Coronation Street so much and I'm definitely going to go back.
"But it's just working it around my days. Matilda's at that age when she's four and she needs to be taken to all of her lessons and what have you.
